Versio Academy is Israel’s first school for localization. Israel currently lacks skilled localization professionals, who are familiar with the norms and values of this evolving profession. On the other hand, the demand for localization services is on the rise, as more and more businesses and organizations look to penetrate new markets. This is where we come in.
Versio Academy was established to train a new generation of translators and translation editors in Israel, and aims to equip them with practical tools for advancing groundbreaking digital projects. Our curriculum is based on dozens of years of experience shared by the Academy’s founder and its teaching staff, and content written for hundreds of products, apps, guides and websites.

Translation Tools & Platforms
This course opened a window into the different kinds of content that exist in the digital world. The course was extensive and included exercises. It also allowed me to internalize new conventions and examine texts from the viewpoints of the client and the target audience. We also worked with translation software. I feel ready to get started.
