Expert Course: Chatbot in the Wild<\/b><\/span><\/h4>

Conversational AI is a human\u2019s ability to speak with a computer in a human language, instead of the computer\u2019s. Using tools such as rule-based chatbots, NLP, NLU and NLG (Natural Language Processing, Understanding and Generating), conversation designers shape, write and create the ways in which a digital interface can communicate with a person.<\/span><\/p>

As conversation designers, you\u2019ll be spending most of your time chatting with bots and reviewing conversations. This process is an art form in its own right and with enough practice, you\u2019ll learn how ro recognize one line fallbacks, repair messages and so forth.<\/span><\/p>

The Expert Course will focus on the most critical phase of bot development: post-launch maintenance and optimization.<\/span><\/p>

What do the first two weeks look like post-launch? Are users dropping off at a certain point? What do the first three months look like? Do I need to adjust the content? Adjust the flow? Add content?<\/span><\/p>
